Unfortunately due to the recent weather (insert stupid amounts of rain and some floods just for fun) the race has been cancelled. As you could imagine the shuttle road and track are not in ideal condition now. Everyone will be receiving their entry back within the next week or so. It's a long process so please wait patiently.
We will try and run the race later in the year. Even after two cancellations we still determined to run this race! Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Have you ever tried the cycling trails in the Southern Flinders Ranges in South Australia? Melrose, Bendleby Ranges, Jamestown, Orroroo, Port Pirie, Booleroo Centre and Laura are just a few of the places where we have great trails – MTB, freestyle/skate parks, BMX tracks, recreational trails and more!
If you have been here, we want to hear your feedback. What went well? What didn’t go so well? What can we improve? Fill out our visitor survey during December or January, and you will go into the draw to win one of three Over the Edge Sports Melrose Gift Vouchers ($100, $50 and $25). The offer is open to anyone who visited the region and took part in cycling during their trip – remember to answer all the questions (it should take about 5 mins) and leave your contact details at the end. Offer ends 31 January 2011.
Go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/southe...rsrangessurvey and fill out the survey now!
(note) It would be great to get more Mountain Bike trails out there and it's a pity Mt Remarkable National Park has no MTB strategy...
